Christopher Smith is the owner of Smith Trade Renovations - an extension of the Smith Family. Chris has been married to his wife for the past 20 years and together they have eight beautiful children. Smith Trade is a platform that provides excellent craftsmanship to clients, while allowing Chris to pass his skills on to his children, who work alongside him.

Chris began his career at age 17, when he first became a welder in Orange County, CA.  His passion and drive led him to fabricating race cars, such as the Saleen S7 along with Robby Gordon's trophy trucks, which competed in the Baja 1000.  In 2004, Chris brought his skills to South Carolina where he continued building race cars and started a young family.

in 2011, Chris was ready for a new challenge.  He took the leap of faith and pursued carpentry.  After four years of hard work and dedication, Smith Trade Renovations was established.  Since 2015, Chris has impressed customers with work beyond expectations.
